Sodium Sulphide manufactured by is a white solid chemical processed under advanced techniques. Sodium sulfide is the chemical compound with the formula Na2S, or more commonly its hydrate Na2S·9H2O. Both the anhydrous and the hydrated salts are colorless solids. They are water-soluble, giving strongly alkaline solutions. When exposed to moist air, Na2S and its hydrates emit hydrogen sulfide, which smells like rotten eggs.

Types of Sodium Sulphide

  • SODIUM SULPHIDE FLAKES:
Sodium sulfide flakes is a yellow, solid flake with a sulfurous (rotten egg) smell. It is used in the pulp and paper industry and in leather processing to remove hair from hides. Sodium sulfide may be used in the making of colors and dyes.
  • SODIUM SULPHIDE LIQIUD:
Sodium sulfide liquid is the chemical compound with the formula Na 2 S, or more commonly its hydrate Na 2 S·9 H 2 O. Both the anhydrous and the hydrated salts are colorless solids. They are water-soluble, giving strongly alkaline solutions.
